ACTS is a comprehensive, community-based behavioral health organization whose mission is to apply the best of contemporary physical and behavioral health interventions—along with robust social support services—to help individuals and families engage in and succeed at recovery. Grounded in compassion and evidence-based care, ACTS meets people where they are and walks with them toward lasting wellness.Through Adult Residential Treatment Services, ACTS provides a structured, 24/7 therapeutic environment for people facing substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health challenges. Residents live on site and receive round-the-clock support, gaining a safe space to focus fully on healing, stabilize, learn skills, and rebuild routines away from the daily stressors that can derail progress.ACTS also operates a Therapeutic Group Home (TGH) for adolescent males ages 13–17 in Tampa, Florida. This residential program blends clinical interventions with a nurturing, highly structured setting to help young men manage behavioral and emotional health needs and overcome histories of trauma, abuse, or neglect. With typical stays of three to six months, each resident follows a personalized plan that builds resilience, life skills, and confidence for a brighter future.To ensure access at every level of need, ACTS offers flexible outpatient services that allow clients to continue school, work, and family responsibilities while receiving individualized treatment. Complementing clinical care, ACTS Housing Programs in Tampa Bay provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, helping them transition to permanent housing with the wraparound services essential for long-term stability.
