Heroin is a synthesized Opioid which converts back to its pure form of Morphine once it enters the brain pathways. Heroin induces a 3-4 hour high followed by a plummeting physical and mental low, making the drug extremely physically and mentally addictive. It can be injected, inhaled or smoked.
