Whether you're new to therapy, or just new to us, we understand that seeking counseling services can seem overwhelming, confusing, and even a little scary. This is completely natural for a new experience. We truly believe that it takes courage to allow yourself to be vulnerable in front of someone new, and we want to do everything we can to make you feel as comfortable as possible, and to accompany you on this new journey you have decided to take!In your first visit, the therapist you meet with tell you what to expect from our services and answer any questions you have, and will need to gather some information from you.
