Established in 1967, Reality House, Inc. is a community based Not-For-Profit OASAS (Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services)certified medically supervised outpatient chemical dependency treatment facility that provided culturally-appropriate substance abuse and HIV treatment and prevention services to New Yorkers living primarily in Astoria Queens, but our client base extends throughout the five Boroughs.
