Profound Treatment Center

I'll try to describe in words what this place has done for me. The people are so amazing the groups are fantastic! I got to be vulnerable and I felt like I was actually seen and heard. It had been awhile since Ive felt that way. I was so comfortable and I felt safe. Douglas, Jesse ,Camille, Vanessa and Dianna were always so welcoming and friendly. The people at profound left such an impact. I'll remember that forever. It was brief but I made quite a family there.

Profound was in fact that, Profound! The staff were great. Chef Priscilla was a rockstar in the kitchen. Doug and the alumni staff were still so very involved in our day-to-day lives ensuring they understood our journey and encouraged our continued progress. The Case Manager Josh was always ready, willing and able to help complete any outstanding items from start to finish. Anyone looking for an amazing opportunity, at a great location, with an abundance of amenities and outings to ensure a pleasant experience should definitely check out Profound to ensure a healthy recovery.

I half to say everyone I came in contact with from the ride from airport to the house, I was so scared, but driver assured me everything would get better her name was Darla, the counselors, to the groups, the interactions in the groups, to the group counselors, the chefs, there assistants, the people who stay with us 24/7 that made sure we was okay,(to many to name) but I loved them all I have had several relapses, and I am back on to the road of recovery with strong intervention here where I live. I Also wake up to Jessee's qoutes and guidance of the day every morning that starts my day off good! (Mad respect to everyone at profound!) I Learned alot while I was there. If I didn't have so many things that need taken care of here at home and life I would be back in a heart beat. Know one was just my favorite they all was my favorite, if you need something they was right there.

Profound is great place for healing and gaining the self confidence to live a happy life. The staff is great and I was given the space to grow in every way. The food was a bit disappointing at times but Profound is super open to feedback and improvements were made incredibly fast. Mickey is the Director and she was amazing and very involved with the clients and staff and I never felt unheard. Be open to the process, you won't regret it!

I can’t say enough amazing things about my stay at Profound. From that first call admitting I needed help I was treated so kindly. Everyone was amazing, from the admissions office (and Doug) for getting me there, the entire staff, the techs who supported me in more ways than I can describe, the director, the alumni, the drivers from the airport, to even the chefs who kindly accommodated my special diet. During my stay there I was supported and treated with the utmost respect. I never felt judged for being in treatment, I only felt accepted and cared for. Profound saved my life! If you are struggling with addiction/mental health and are thinking about getting treatment Profound is where to go! All you have to do is pick up the phone and they take care of the rest! And Thank you to everyone at Profound for giving me this wonderful support network, and for helping me get sober and stay sober!

Profound stabilized me and helped me heal in a safe, beautiful place. The food, accommodations and rooms are luxury and clean. The staff is welcoming and allows you to continue to be connected to work, kids, and responsibilities at home. I was sad to leave this place, I will miss the staff and cherish the relationships I made. Thank you Profound! I am forever grateful.

I am forever so grateful for Profound because they gave me another opportunity to find peace within myself within my first steps toward sobriety and not only just that but my Profound family also provided a space the that love was so abundant. I felt as if I stepped out of a violent, self depreciating nightmare and into a fresh and new reality which I was actually comfortable with my heart living on my sleeve. A place where I could feel comfortable within the necessary urge to embrace vulnerability. This was because I could immediately sense the staff’s intention to make me feel like I was at home when I arrived and throughout my stay, that was a stable and consistent attitude that reassured the notion that I was not just a 'client' but an individual who was worthy of respect, compassion, and love. This gave me a feeling of true freedom within. I have been over a dozen programs over 17 years of battling my disease and I can truly and honestly say I am confident that the foundation Profound helped me to establish is one that will continue to support a sturdy lifestyle like a bridge that has allowed me a chance to cross from a life which dependency, grief, and desperation ruled over my heart; to a life worth showing up for and one I can wake up every morning and be Grateful for. To a place I can honestly say that I found a love for myself with a heart and mind that feels it becomes more free of fear, shame, and resentment each step i take forward. To a place of solid ground. Proufound is a real means to a beginning. If you can manage to surrender yourself and lend your ears and your heart and it can be that for you too.

If you are considering treatment - absolutely 100% contact Profound. From the first terrified phone call i made, to the flight, and to the arrival at the house, i felt so supported. Little did i know at the time how Profound would change my life forever. I’ve never felt such a 180 feeling of my self. I feel brand new… I went from self-hatred, scared, isolated, grieving, angry, sad, and self-sabotaging, to the strong, positive, happy, healthy, forgiving person I am now. I don’t recognize the woman that entered those doors - but I love the woman who left them. Everyone I met the entire time has had an impact. The forever friendships made. The house was absolutely beautiful.. Every facilitator was amazing, and so knowledgeable. They made me feel heard and understood. I learned something new about addiction and MYSELF every single day. The outings were wholesome, and beautiful. The help and guidance I received were literally life-changing. I’m forever grateful i came upon this program and set of staff when i did. I don’t know where I’d be today if I hadn’t made the first step and helped through the beginning through the end. Thank you for giving me an amazing shot at life again. I’m forever grateful. Profound is a truly exceptional place. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly kind and compassionate. From the first day, I felt safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every person there seemed deeply dedicated to helping each client heal and grow. The environment was calm, structured, and filled with genuine warmth.My experience at Profound changed my life in ways I never expected. It gave me clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose. I am deeply grateful for everyone there who helped me through that time.Highly recommended to anyone who wants real help, real kindness, and real progress.
