About this Facility

The Potter’s House Substance Abuse Center (TPHSAC) is an outpatient substance abuse Treatment Program. Our objective is to provide clinically sound outpatient substance abuse treatment to men and women 18 and older of all ethnic groups, who are experiencing substance use disorders (abuse, dependency), including education of criminal offenders.TPHSAC’s programming objective is to meet the needs of the referring agencies, as well as being culturally responsive to the minority/African-American population of substance abusers and criminal offendersTPHSAC employs only licensed substance abuse counselors. Each counselor shares the founder’s passion and commitment to healing lives.

WARNING !!! I rate this place a ZERO this lady the owner named Georgia THE OWNER is a fraud I been following this place for a min now my father went here..this lady tht calls her self a Christian is fake u open this place bye the grace of god to help not judge ... My dad went here on his own not COURT ORDERED not TOLD TO.. only to BETTER HIM SELF AND HVE THE SUPPORT ... he missed a couple times DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS witch he provided proof of he has heart failure... he has been in and out the hospital and had court and this lady told him he was getting high lol he has all clean u.a she felt rilly stupid when she called and verified tht...she is a DISGRACE to are community and claiming to be Christian... GOD DO NOT JUDGE ... I will be exposing this place and this lady and her business... FRAUD ..she take people's money she has no business ethnic nor proper additude to run a business... leave the ghetto additude where u came frm. WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!

I went to the Potter house with an open mind considering the post I read about the place, and I am happy I didn't follow the prior people who post info on this facility because I had brief encounter with Beverly and my opinion is ., she only wants to help people , but doesn't have time for people who don't want to help themself. So please take the chance to form your own personal judgment on this facility. In glad I did

The worse place to see a counselor. From intake to setting up just one appointment, the experience is horrible. Truly a waste of my paperwork time and so glad I'm not scheduled again. I scheduled this for myself! Not court ordered, no probation, nothing! This is a choice for me that I made to improve in SMALL improvements in my life, thank God it's not advice or anything given by this place, owner, scam smelling place. If you look forward to having a good day going to a bad day, due to attitude, lack of customer service, ghetto unprofessional people?!!?! Than be my guest! Don't waste your money, your insurance money, your time, your breathe!!!!! This place NEEDS TO AND SHOULD CLOSE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he CEO of the company, Georgia Jones claims to help people but real is in it for the money. If you are a family member or friend you will do just fine, if not LOOK OUT because she has no morLs or business ethics. She lacks professionallism and communication skills. Agency is a fraud

The person that's calling Georgia Jones a fraud must have gotten kicked out of one of the programs, (Substance Abuse, Domestic Violence, Anger Management) that they were COURT ORDERED to take. I think that speaks enough about that person. If u dont show up, she has no choice but to kick you out. In addition, if you created a business from scratch, you would be in it for the money, too. No, I'm NOT family or friend, just open minded. Have a great day.
