Uncaring staff. They are nasty and have attitudes. I am sure they have caused a lot of suicide attempts. I have referred people to this practice and I am sorry I did. They do not honor insurance. They have an overabundance of 'park employees' with substance abuse problems. Unhealthy environment. The reviews reflect the experience. You do not want to get tangled in their unhealthy web.

If I could give this place one star I would. The most uncaring people who add stress to those who already need emotional support. Rude receptionists who I actually caught lying to me. I was shocked. This office has cancelled on me and has asked me to come early to an appointment which I accommodated. I got caught behind an accident and was 9 minutes late to an appointment and was refused to be seen, but not told this until after I waited 20 minutes. I was visibly shaking and crying and needed to see someone and I was told (after already having 2 rude interactions with the receptionist), to reschedule. I can't believe they would let me walk out the door and drive with how upset I was. Where did they get their training? I was supposed to see Mary Johnson the new nurse practitioner since Dr. Gergis had cancelled on me. Spend the money to get real help from someone in their own private practice who cares about their patients well being. I would never treat those I serve with a better than you attitude the way the people at this facility treat their patients.
