Lifecare of Lakeland

Experience recovery, and a sustainable sense of well-being in a safe environment through intensive outpatient services, outpatient groups, family and individual sessions designed around your schedule.Our staff is highly trained and has personal and professional experience in the addiction and mental health field. Because of this, LifeCare of Lakeland is dedicated and passionate about helping people who are struggling with chemical dependency and/or mental health challenges. Our focus is on education, community building, and group therapy. Groups are kept at an average of eight members so all clients get the focus needed for good treatment. Family members are required to be involved in the adult client’s treatment program and are educated to help their family member succeed. Parents of those in our adolescent program (15 or older) are required to be involved and are also educated to help their children succeed. We provide outpatient support groups with an emphasis on recovery and life skills to assist our clients in maintaining abstinence. These services are designed for adolescents and adults who have graduated from the IOP program and are continuing in treatment. Focus in these groups is on recovery skills, giving back to the community, and helping others. Our Addiction Awareness Program is designed for those that do not meet the criteria for intensive outpatient treatment. , but may have tested positive on the job, and/or have a court ordered requirement. Completion of our Addiction Awareness Program requires your attendence for (8) 2-hour group sessions, a total of (16) hours, remain abstinent, and must be completed within 30 days in order to receive a certificate of completion. The Addiction Awareness Program is not a billable service with regards to insurance, and is on a cash/credit card only basis.
