Ingalls Occupational Health - Staff is courteous and some are exceptionally diligent, but some (especially doctors) have a very poor sense of urgency, concern for patient time and follow through. Kathy Tamme, Business Development Manager is a good contact to get things done.

The 2 old black ladies are something else. We sitting there right there and they said they called our parties name. Nobody called us, either that or they butchered name so bad it was unrecognizable! I was here once before and gave a stellar review but after what I just went through for the last 90 minutes just negated the positive I sent thru last time. Utterly ridiculous. They triaged this hispanic family that came in 30 min after us! Like complete and utter BS because while we waited they called this parties name 3-5x in a matter of 15 min but they say they called our name once and immediately went to the next party! You will remember the name now you ignorant workers. I hate to bring race into equation but us being Caucasian I'm sure had a big piece to do with it. Everyone around us was African American or hispanic. They say they called us once and moved on! Will never come back here. There were 5 people when we got there waited 90 min and were not even triaged! Think people need to lose their job for inadequate behaviors!

They don't practice standards of care. You actually could be having a stroke or heart attack in the waiting room the triage nurse could care less. This happened on two occasions my mother in law was having a hemorrhagic stroke and was taken back. Then on April 2 I brought my husband in by wheelchair the triage nurse ignored him though there was no one in the Er. The ER tech brought him back he was white as a ghost excessive sweating cold and clammy. I would not recommend you take your pet dog there. Obviously Ingalls does not care to improve the quality of nurses in ER.
