Can not comment on the status of the care here, but the administration and front desk are about the sorriest excuse for trained professionals I've ever seen. Entered with a patient who was of not sound mind and was engaged in a crisis, and was told to leave and receive evaluation at local hospital. A shame! Do not look here for help.

There are no Genies in Bottles. It is an effective means for those who present themselves with a sincere goal of stabilization for psychological crisis....or recovery from their particular addiction. Enter with an open mind: Exit with a tangible Plan of Action. It works.....if the Client is willing to cooperatively do the work. I am appreciative that this service exists, and would recommend it to anyone who seriously wishes for a 'change for the better'.

Don't care about certain people. Last Last night There was only one doctor here and many patience. I arrived at 9:00 p.m. and at 7:00 a.m. I still haven't been saying so I decided to leave and go to work and come back later. They said it was fine I pay $50 for uber to come up here and they tell me I can't be seen because I have to go to the hospital 1st for fluids and I'm not even intoxicated? And what's really messed up most places need you to be and toxicated before you get treated. Like I said they help with a wanna help. Not that it matters which I'm pretty sure to a lot of people it will yes I was the only white person here and it's 4:45 in the morning and they told me to leave

I had to come here due to a crisis. It's a small place but they treat you well. The Drs, nurses, and everyone else were very kind.

Like so many other people say, they only work with certain people. If the front security(Overnight guards are asinine, rude, not qualified to assist people with mental problems)are tired they will turn you away and have you come back when the shift changes.
Front end secretary doesn't feel like dealing with you right then...they will send you to the local hospital for a medical evaluation...If they feel in any way like you aren't worthy of treatment, you will be asked to come back at next shift beacause they claim to be full. Its a great place as long as you don't piss off the intake people.

It's a free detox so you get what you get. I have to say though they do have some people who work there because they really want to help you. I have been there and I don't regret it. If you go there and you really want help then you will benefit tremendously from their program. If you don't want help then you won't get help. They just have people go there for a free ride. So you have to want to get better if you go there. Remember it's free. So ask for help they will help.

For a “free” detox center this place was pretty great. All the staff is friendly, food was decent and they make sure you have an exit plan once leaving.Remember, rehab is what you’re willing to put into it. The staff here I felt truly wanted to help, but you have to wanna help yourself most.

I really like that they took my son in quickly. The staff was kind and gave him good care. The Drs and nurses all showed that they care.

First time I came here and somebody need to call the health department. The big security lady was extremely rude, I literally was about to walk back out the door and pursue my plans to end my life but thank God I didn't. Other than the people being mad that they work there the place is disgusting no matter how many times they clean it. The people really have no supervision until they are rude to staff or loud. They basically sit you in the room with other people that are extremely unsanitary and don't covid test until you leave. The place is truly horrific and the food was always never hot. Thankfully I had insurance so I only stayed 3 and a half days before they referred me out, due to the weekend. I feel awful for the people that are here and actually need help. I've been to many facilities in my lifetime but this one doesn't even remotely comes close to clean.

I was given the facilities name and number when I called a suicide hotline. So I called if they could help me. The person who answered the phone told me to come in. I arrive and was told to leave. First they had no front desk person to check me in. And then I’m just not the right type messed up to help. After I drove 40 mins half passing out because I haven’t slept in days. I CALLEd and they told me to come in.. these people don’t care. No one cares

Voluntarily checked in for alcohol detox. Although I checked myself in the Doctor still determined when I discharge and can place you on a 1013 if they find it necessary. The counselor doctors nurses and techs were so kind. They hold group meetings and the people holding them have been in the same position as the patients they provided a lot of information that was helpful for my needs. There was a rude receptionist when my family member called but nonetheless the overall experience was eye opening I felt cared for and looked after. This was just the beginning now the real work starts. If your family member/friend or you need to detox please consider them.
Oh bring some books and or a journal with you. Will help during the day. clothes too go to their website to see what’s allowed.
Thank you to everyone who helped me out 🙏

I brought a family member in for fentanyl detox. This person has a serious addiction and needed treatment desperately. After being there for 5 1/2 hours, my loved one is finally seen and turned away saying they would give us some resources to call. Frustrated and upset does not even begin to describe how I feel about this place.
