I give it a 0 ! They don't let patients phone home when there was an a medical emergency! They died and they didn't even know and the person just wanted to say their goodbyes! Reporting them!

i sent 200 cash to grandaughter since no visits covid and no bankcards allowed. she was released 2days after i sent it and they say no letter was received.i asked to report to a supervisor and was never able to do so. phone operator so RUDE. this place needs investigated what a bunch of crooks

I'm thankful for Cove Forge.. I'm from the outskirts of Philadelphia and they drove 5 hours to come pick me up and take me to treatment.. I was there for 34 days.. The Tech's were awesome and caring. The counselors only wanted the best for us addict's And alcoholic's.. It was like a college campus, going from class to class but with groups.. Your outside most of the time, where most Rehab's your locked inside for most of the day, except when it's smoke break time... Alot of people should be grateful, instead of being ungrateful for treatment like Cove Forge.. Be grateful you detoxed here and not prison or in a mental institute.. Where they don't care about how you feel.. Be thankful & grateful for the little things in life!! Life's easy, but living life in addition is hard, nothing is a cakewalk being in rehab, they're not going to wipe your asses for you and tell you your going to beat this disease.. You gotta put your own work into it, if you want to beat this & survive in a life full of addictions.. The only thing they do, is detox you, give you a bed and teach you Way's of keeping clean.. The rest is up to you!!!!

Cove forge rehabilitation center..helped my sister finally kick addiction.and she has bin clean ever since..it brought are family back together. . And my sister is a much better person..thanks to all the help she received from the phicalitys..and programs..tht was offered. .and no it wasn't an over night stay.or a detox center..thank u for saving my sisters life..
