BreakAway's Health Corporation's Adult Partial / IOP Treatment Programs are comprehensive programs that provide a unique blend of treatment modalities that have been proven to be the most effective for recovery both for substance abuse and emotional stabilization. Self empowerment , mood awareness, coping skills, life skills, (e.g. budgeting and meal planning), time management, and anger management are a few of the focal points. The Programs provide maximum therapeutic impact, while requiring minimum time away from work, family, and other positive responsibilities and activities. Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Dual Diagnosis clients each have a customized treatment program, which addresses the symptomology and diagnosis, and ongoing needs to benefit the individual presentation. Structured Transitional Living Available (optional/private pay) Morning Hours are for Daily Case Mangement contact and Personal ADL Afternoon groups daily Monday-Friday (2-5 pm) Life Skills Mood Management Anger Management Relapse Prevention All Evening groups are weekly @ 3 hours (6:30-9:30 pm)

This program saved my daughters life. They gave me my daughter back. It was a lot of work and worth it. My daughter not only dealt with behavioral issues but while there was able to not only get caught up with high school but graduated early & graduated from the program. She made some great friends that she is still friends with and changed the trajectory or her life. I can't speak highly enough of this program.

When my son started there, he was out of control, violent, ran away often and had issues with drugs and alcohol. He did not care about anything and I was afraid I had lost my son forever. He has been drug and alcohol free for two years now. He is confident and I am extremely proud of my son. This program focuses on helping you become a better person. Helps you and your family see where the break in trust is and how to be a healthy family and deal with the issues BEHIND the drug/alcohol abuse. The kids may struggle with the addiction from time to time but because of the character they build and the tools they learn to deal with life, they succeed. If the family and child get through the program and graduate, the change in the child and the family members who use breakaway are different in so many ways. It is truly a night and day difference. I HIGHLY recommend this place...

This place is not for everyone. I was recommended to this program because of my depression. When I got there, I was asked to drop out my California Distinguished School for the Access program, one that not known for college prep, in the name of mental and emotional health. I feel like I missed out on a year of high school education as the material was something for failing students, like the ones in trouble with the law. I dropped out, and now I am attending a 4 year public university in California. This place SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT!
