I learned exactly what I needed to learn in the moment and it was good for me.

These people are totally unprofessional and play games even with people in a mental health crisis. They let a young guy pace back and forth in front of me like he was going to attack me and when I asked him to stop, they asked him once- he refused and threatened to hit me in the mouth and one of the workers actually laughed. Was promised to get my shoes back, only for the worker to stall me and never get them back, not given my pain medicine and told it was rat poison...only to 5 days later take it and it be fine. The only good thing that happened there is that I was given probably the most perfect orange to eat as breakfast that I ever have tasted...

I was highly disappointed with how my loved one was treated here. They were held in a room with a chair for five hours before being evaluated when they were a threat to themselves and others. After the brief assessment they were then released. There were corrective actions done. They were told to call the police if it escalates again. It did not benefit them at all.

Unfortunately I had to be here several times. Usually after you are admitted, you wait an average of six to eight hours before you are briefly seen, to determine whether or not you need to go on into a mental health hospital. I don't know why everybody sleeps in that place, don't know how they can sleep so much, but they do. I hated waiting so long. They do listen to you, and will let you go sometimes, without going on into a mental hospital. Food is okay. During one wait I had to pace a lot and they let me do that, so that was okay. It's just such a very long wait. They got new, more comfortable chairs, which is good. Cannot give more than two stars for the overall experience :(Behind the Crisis Center front desk is a mental health unit, and I was there for ten days. I was kind of hit on by a couple male members of the staff, which made the stay more difficult, because I was dealing with severe anxiety. Some of the staff truly care, and that's great. They let a patient go, who was homeless, when it was raining. I heard them talking about how maybe they shouldn't have done that. For that, honestly, they should only get one star :( :(

The staff was rude. Uncaring. No help. Released after 24. Even with an active suicide attempt. Ashame this is the only plaxe to go in crisis. This is no point. Pointless place

I was there for 36 hours after leaving Baptist hospital. I had drank too mucj & made false threats. At the center....there is no decontamination at all. People pass out on furniture & drool. No desanitizes anything anywhere. No paper towels available anywhere. Asked for toilet paper. The state must step in as oversite before everyone there has it& then released.
