This place is the WORST. I cannot even believe the experience my fiancee is having with them right now. The lack of professionalism is disgusting. He went there for his first appointment with his new primary care doctor, which by the way he had to wait about 2 and a half months for. Every day he is scared about his health and his mental health as well. He has been manipulated and messed with by multiple doctors who prescribed him Zoloft but would not refill it when his prescription ran out(on time). He finally felt like he was going to get the help he needed at Intercommunity! He met with a doctor named Maria, said she was a nice lady, she ran a bunch of tests that he felt he needed to make sure everything was okay with his health. She said she could refill his Zoloft prescription for him because she said "you will have major withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking it". Everything seemed great! She put in a couple other scripts for him as well. We go to the pharmacy and only 2 out of the 4 prescriptions were sent over and the Zoloft was one of the 2 missing. It is now 4:48. The doctor is supposedly there until 5:00. When we called at 4:48, why was no doctor available? The front office workers were of no help whatsoever. They kept saying that the scripts were sent and the pharmacy workers were clearly not getting the scripts. The workers said they cannot do anything without the doctor! Well why isnt the doctor there until 5:00 like she is supposed to be? If she said it was so important for him to have this medicine, why is he not getting the script until a day later at 1:00 in the afternoon? He just spent 2 hours at CVS listening to Intercommunity workers saying they sent the 2 prescriptions while again nothing is happening. They are getting irritated, annoyed, and could care less about my fiancees health. Why was it so hard for him? And the funny thing is, he was supposed to get 4 scripts. He got 2 yesterday, the Zoloft JUST NOW and the 4th still is who knows where. You really need to get it together. You are messing with peoples LIVES here. It may be a joke to you but my fiancee was terrified that he was going to have a mood swing or not sleep last night because on an average night he only gets 2 to 4 hours anyway!!!!!! I am so disgusted and disappointed.
