They treat their individuals as a pay check to upper management, you will find your self in their offices getting write up after write up for senseless situations if you're in your introductory period. Don't even try to be Caucasian and expect to be treated equally, they let staff members that have been there forever act in any which way that they want. The coordinators are clueless as well as the residential managers. Their idea of doing work is sitting behind a desk and pushing a pencil all day long and thinking that they know how to handle their clients. I would strongly suggest NOT to work here, fast food would be a better career choice than Indian Rivers. R.A is the Residential Manager as well as E.E is is Program Coordinator.... Or as I like to call them the lesbians that have no clue as long as their getting all the clients money..
