“Destiny Sober Living is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) behavioral health agency licensed by the State of Arizona. The agency has been in operation since 1997. Initially providing group home services, the agency decided to transition into a Level II Residential Treatment Program and expand having Outpatient Services and become the experts of Dual Diagnosis Treatment in Arizona. Services offered at Destiny include gender specific treatment for men and women who are struggling with Addiction and Behavioral Health concerns. We have gender specific Residential Treatment Programs, SMI rehabilitation programs, transitional housing, and outpatient services.

This place is a Sham & the Owner should be in jail for all of his FALSE BILLING & LIES !!!!

My best friend's son has claimed his life back due to this center. The staff and support staff has saved his life. I watched this brilliant and intelligent Young man grow up and who knows why your child's life becomes unraveled. As I also have personal experience with my father's stepson, I know that all rehabs are not the same. He now is ready for the rest of his life with all the tools he needs to succeed. Both my best friend(more than a sister) are thrilled to see the new man he has become.
