This place can make you feel worse than you already felt. These people are either singling people out. Ignoring what is right in front of their faces, whether it be said straight out or easily Seen! These are some of the worst counselors I have ever run into. There needs to be a change and they need TACT! If you do not have a way to separate your life from the people that need help in a group then find a different career. This is not your time it is the people crying out for help. Also... NEVER tell a person you cannot help them if you are a councilor. It is not that hard to say give me 15 minutes or something that does not degrade a person, if you feel that way then find another job! Something needs to change in this Place! What a disappointment! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! Go to Bayless, it is a wonderful place

Brought in a dr's note and told the office I needed to speak with a supervisor. Left 3 messages and never received a call back. Now they are refusing to give me credit for my absences and calling them unexcused even though I am 9 months pregnant and had a dr's note. All because they can't follow up with their clients in a timely matter and don't take responsibility for mistakes on thier part. Completely dissatisfied with this company and its lack of professionalism. Will be finishing out my classes elsewhere.

I dig this. I feel it does help. If I don't get anything out of it, I know someone has from advice from the teacher of the class or from a student. Its a trip. Its helped me out for sure.
