After 7:40 pm, the leftover food that the hospital does not use to feed their patients they take to a local homeless shelter to feed those who are unable to get themself. Instead of wasting the food, since the portion sizes are hard to maintain due to the lack of knowing how many patients will be admitted/discharged during the dinner hours, they over make food that shouldn't be wasted.

Conemaugh Memorial is and excellent set of hospital building in Johnstown. Much like in any other area where they have a hospital, there is a cluster of connecting buildings that accommodate an array of services provided for medical care.Everything you can come across in a hospital you will find here. They have a decent gift shop that you can find necessities in and other small gifts from balloons to stuffed animals. A small coffee shop located in the main atrium. And a great cafeteria that offers food that doesn't taste too bad. They try to streamline the process in the cafeteria with touch screens and food already prepared for a quick lunch. The only thing that I do not like about this hospital system now is that they are part of the Duke LifePoint hospital system. A for profit system.
