I went in for a evaluation/intake, which is their process of getting you started. They did not tell me on the phone they charge you for this!!!! I was already there so I paid the money. After talking to two people during this process, the guy tells me what Im looking for they can't help. However on the phone the girl said they can help what I needed. A complete waste of my time and really a waste of money. Be upfront and tell people you are going to charge them on the first visit.

Tried working with CHR for the last 3-4 years for my son. Once his med Dr. left - so did we. Called numerous times about setting up therapy and given the nature and being established clients you would think we'd get a call back but nothing. I left 4 messages with the supervisor and also the med Dr. tried to help us before he left and nothing. New med provider was terrible - she would run 15-20 min late but the one time we were going to be 5 min late because of a late school bus - she cancelled on us! We never got enough meds to get to our next appointment which created issues with insurance. Honestly, if your looking for meds for your child for something minor - try going through your primary care doctor first or maybe try another CHR location.

there's been some ups and downs with staffing (one therapist promoted and had to transfer me, one moving away) before I landed a good therapist. the second IICAPS team I had was wonderful and made me feel heard (the first team i had was rough and didn't listen too well). Overall, with the therapist I have now, I've actually broken ground in treating the things I go through. I've been feeling happier and heard. There's room there for improvement, but they've helped the most out of any treatment I've had
