Champions is a non-profit treatment agency with a number of treatment programs under its umbrella. Operating since 2000 within Kings County. Champions seeks to serve those community members afflicted by social and emotional issues, family dysfunction, substance use, and criminal justice involvement. The Champions outpatient program provides effective treatment and supportive services to people from all walks of life and circumstances.We offer a uniquely successful age-specific model of Intensive Outpatient treatment specializing in young adults.
