All of the staff (except one) there is absolutely AMAZING and very much so want Whats best for the ladies. The exception is the director Yakima, she had no children and no history of addiction. She is not empathetic, sympathetic, or understanding. I do not believe she has ANY business whatsoever being in charge of that place. I don’t care if she has twenty masters degrees she does not belong there. Degrees can not and never will make up for life experience. I seriously question the mental capacity of the person who placed her in that position. Also, I did not need detox but many of the ladies did and it was refused. The claim that they are a detox treatment facility is a huge lie. Please look elsewhere until Yakima is replaced. I hate it because like previously stated the entire staff minus her is absolutely incredible and great at what they do. Their advice and care made such a huge difference. Take the lies off the website and fire Yakima SHE DOES NOT DESERVE OR NEED TO BE IN CHARGE OF MOTHERS OR PEOPLE IN RECOVERY!!!!

I thought it was a very good place when I was there. Very sensitive to the women there. Very informative classes, made one feel as though you're back in school; but that's fine you had your mind on something. I started a substance abuse ministry at my church after my time there, it lasted a few years. I was very happy to have been able to be helped and then use the knowledge learned to help others. I rate A .
