I truly hope the right entity does a thorough investigation, I gained way more trauma than help. Please listen to your loved ones, who are brave enough to speak out.

I’d give this hellish facility no stars if I could. Completely inhumane staff practices. I am currently searching for a lawyer.

The only way it's a bad experience, is if you make it a bad experience. I checked myself into this treatment center, and can honestly say that it saved my life. If you go in, knowing you want and need help, everything will go smoothly. No one wants to be in a hospital, no one wants the limitations they put on you, but you have to remember that you're there for a reason. If you can focus on your reason for being there, and accept the help they offer, you'll be just fine. I was at Valley for 9 days, and out of all the nurses and techs I saw daily, I only had a negative experience with 1. Everyone else tried to make me feel as close to home as possible, and it was clear that they were only there to help.Whatever you are there for, put that first, and I guarantee they will help you reach your goal. It's good to know that there's somewhere near by that can help me in my time of need.

My son was taken by a woman, your hospital left in the lobby,Heidi, from People of Color now the family does not know where my son is. Said the Police took him, he has mental health, has not committed a crime. The crime is the clinic Dr. Brandy Hammon gave my son the wrong medication! The Police should take her for harming my son (harm and a danger to to others)!

I just discharged form Valley yesterday and really enjoyed my experience there. I was transferred from an ER and came in for alcohol detox and rehab. I truly appreciate the coping tools that the clinical team taught me to use whenever i feel like using. The nurses and tech were also very caring. I stayed on the 1 south unit. I recommend Valley Hospital to anyone who is serious about getting treatment for any substance abuse

Ok, I went there to get treatment last week and they sent me out the door with three referrals that I called and they were no help so I went back and it was about midnight and the girl on the other end of the phone that you have to pick up bcuz the doors were locked said that I had to go get a referral from community bridges or I had to pay cash for the treatment even thou my insurance would cover it. So now I am still sitting here without treatment or support from a medical facility or 12 step program. I just feel like everything I do seems like I am getting the run around especially from here. So if anyone can help me find a treatment center that really cares let me know. Thanks mellissa the girl at the desk.
