About this Facility'+'+
As founder and director of Transformation House, I am glad to present you the options that are available to anyone who is chemically addicted. This program would be an excellent choice to help you change your life. We are a client-centered program where each person is individually assessed for the type of treatment program they will be given.Having 45 years of experience as a chemical dependency professional, I personally observed the need to help persons who are chemically dependent using honesty, love, and respect Transformation House II A for Women - Fridley House - is licensed by the State of Minnesota to provide chemical dependency treatment services. One Fridley House women's program is housed in an eleven-plex apartment building. Transformation House Fridley is a Rule 31 licensed facility. It is spacious but when all 28 clients are present, there is plenty of activity. It is located in Fridley, Minnesota on 74th Avenue NE, adjacent to University Avenue NE.

AS A CLIENT I very much enjoy T.H. it may need a couple things fixed here and there, but my sobriety doesnt require a 5 star hotel! The support team is fantastic and the outpatient is fantastic 10 stars if I could.

Started off working feeling like I was making a difference and a company where you could advance. Shortly after working I'm realizing that the only people that care are the clients. I love working with them and watching their journey. But the company has horrible supervisors and horrible upper management. Supervisors force us to work overtime and shifts we weren't hired for. Management only cares about numbers and money for themselves and I'm seeing that clients know this as well. When I try voicing my opinions, they only knock them down. We are always under staffed. The facility is unclean at all facilities I'm working at. I like my job but the pay is horrible. We don't know our schedule until day of or a few days before so I can't plan anything. There's no one to cover shifts.

Place is dirty. Feet could stick to the floor. Management only cares about their wallet. Can't even hold a license. Dhs is always involved and Management flees out of town. Everything swept under the rug. More clients relapse than actually recover. They refer to employees as peasants. They take out pandemic money but won't pay their staff.

Good as any program it just matters how much you want it. Get out of it what you put in.
