Phoenix House New England, founded in 1967, is one of the region’s premier nonprofit substance abuse treatment agencies, annually serving nearly 7,000 individuals at more than 30 programs and facilities throughout New England. The majority of our programs are accredited by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, a nationally recognized standard of excellence. At Phoenix House
Hampshire, we understand that substance abuse affects every aspect of a person’s life. Recovery means not only freedom from drugs, but also freedom from the past and freedom of choice in the future. Residents of the state receive a variety of services including social detoxification, residential and outpatient treatment for adults, and transitional living support.
