New Horizons

New Horizons Counseling (est. 1980) is a nationally recognized program that utilizes a cognitive approach for teaching individuals to make constructive, rather than destructive choices for drinking, drugs, or substance abuse. New Horizons is listed on the official SAMHSA (US Dept. Of Health and Human Services Substance abuse and mental health Services administration.) The New Horizons inpatient program is a 5 day, 4 nights, live-in program located Hawaii’s beautiful North Shore of Oahu. Mini camps are on the premises of Camp Homelani, and larger camps are held at Camp Mokuleia. Each client will be able to enjoy the privacy of their own room that is in a house located right on the beach; the gorgeous Pacific Ocean is only steps from your door. (This venue makes for a perfectly beautiful and tranquil setting for healing.) To enhance the quality of your program, we limit enrollment to only a handful of people at a time so you can enjoy the privacy of only a very small group.
