Back in June of 2005, Linda Leonard graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Master's in social work. She worked for several agencies but wanted to open her own clinic. Her goal? To put the client first and foremost. She focused on empowering people in their own recovery to find strength within and grow.In November of 2005 Linda and a partner birthed Monarch Mental Health. In 2006, Linda became the sole proprietor. In 2009, she changed the business structure to an LLC.
