Horrible young staff. It appears that they hire the drug addicts they” cure” don’t make the mistake of choosing this facility. I plan to plaster social media about these idiots

I highly refined you stay as far away from these people. One of their counselors Scott hit on my friend in Pecos, He wanted me to leave her there with him and I wouldn’t. He sexually harassed her. Don’t use these peole and don’t use the facility in pecos .

My experience with Mesa Vista Wellness was very horrible and very unprofessional. From the therapist (Jesse) herself, who argues with her clients. To the main manager (Todd P.) who runs this location. That does not return phone calls that I had called numerous times and left numerous messages for 3 plus weeks, and gives a lame excuse saying that he is super busy and he's been out of town. To where the Santa Fe family courts say they have no excuse for his unprofessionalism for not calling me back. People My advice to you all do not use this location for therapy they are a joke....

I was not too happy about the service I was provided all the way around. I checked on my insurance website for who was in-network and I found Mesa Vista Wellness' address and phone number and assumed that they were in-network. I wasn't told otherwise on my first appointment or the following 4. I never go out of network because we are already paying a good chunk of money for insurance each month so I should be using what I'm paying for. On my 5th appointment they tried to bill me over $100. To me this was surprising because I wasn't told that they were out-of-network. I just want to warn people, if you decide to come here make sure you have verified with your insurance that you are covered so you don't fall in the same trap of getting charged more than you are expecting. I also think some of the methods used by the Therapists are unorthodox and made me feel a little uneasy and not confident in the care I was being provided.
