I'm needing my report file on my court case being dropped I'm 53 years old now it's hard to get around it was 12 -07 -2007 when you all wrote it up on my records at genesis I was pursuing a lawsuit from Jonesboro and little rock back awhile can you please send my report to 10410 west Woodward Ave wauwatosa wi 53222 I'm not In any trouble you all saved me I have been hit by a car 7-31-21 its dangerous here cause of alot going on that's why I need my report to be mailed to me I hope that your nice enough to send them to me or please call me 12624294234

Yes my name is Jerome lewis I'm in a bad situation cause my right leg been broken on 7-31-21 I need the court record you all are keeping that read Jerome lewis court case was dropped cause I was a voluntary I have been back with my grandma that passed in 6-2-19 I am at 10410 west Woodward Ave wauwatosa wi 53222 I'm having difficulty getting around and I need those records stating it was dropped cause I was trying to get my lawsuit that state that in my record at Arkansas state hospital awhile back I hope you all be n8ce enough to send
