My Family member was not told the side effects of a dangerous medication The director (Sarah Conture) lied and told me that they was told I requested a meeting with the administration and my Family member was also present I asked my Family member was they informed of the side effects and my Family member told me "NO"! On the side of the bottle a black label clearly states high risk of suicide (GIVE THE PATIENT A CHOICE WHETHER IF THEY WANT TO TAKE A DANGEROUS MEDICATION OR NOT) That's something that should be discussed with the patients After I did research pertaining to the side effects I asked several nurses was my Family member informed about the side effects they claim my Family member was but they was not informed I was the one who told my Family member after a couple of days at the meeting we had They listen to the patient's phone calls (on speaker/while other people is in the office) which do not give time to really check on your loved one and find out what's going through their head Several individuals that's part of the administration said they would return my phone calls and didn't I brought the medication situation up to my Family member counselor (Andre McEntire) and he said he would have my Family member call me that evening so we could discuss they medication he never called I went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with tapeworm I called the facility and spoke with "Sergio" explained my diagnosis and asked him to reach out to my Family member and tell them about my dilemma and could he have them checked out for tapeworm because we live together and eat together they could have had tapeworm also he never addressed the issue When my Family member called home my daughter is the one who told them about my diagnosis he never addressed the issue I can go on and on about this place I wouldn't recommend that place to a dog. There was a nurse there (Marcella) who would not give me information about my Family after she verify who I was and that I am a emergency contact One of the nurses have hung up on me But there is two nurses that I can actually say is respectful and professional Ms. YaYa & Ms. Jill And there are a couple of techs who's professional and serious about their job I believe her name is Ms. Tatiana & Ms. Aisha EHN is ran like a jail How can Ms. Sarah Conture look me in my eyes and tell me that my Family member "DO NOT" need their mail and my Family member specifically asked me to bring them their mail everyday because they get important mail that need attended to I can't forget about this guy "Idris" I believe he's some type of other coordinator he's a liar too he said that he would call me back and it was something important pertaining to my Family member and he never did That facility is a joke

This is not a good facility to go to if you have issues with alcohol. The program and meetings are catered around drug addiction. I was the only person with alcoholism in the entire facility. Young patients who were rude to both staff and fellow patients. I’m sober now for 3 years, but in no way thanks to Endeavor. If you’re seeking treatment for alcohol, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Not a good place for me Not a good place to go in my opinion

I'm done with using drugs. They ruined my life. I can't fathom going back to a life of drugs. I would be an idiot thinking I can have it both ways. No, I found a clean life and I intend to hold on to it as long as I can. Going to Endeavor House North was the best decision I've made. Getting in touch with this drug rehab clearly gave me a life I never thought I'll have again.

I am overall very pleased with my experience with Endeavor House. I am so grateful to be sober and look forward to living a full beautiful life one day at a time without drinking.
