About this Facility
About this Facility'+'+
Since 1983, CPLC has been providing Substance Abuse treatment through its CARF Accredited Level II Residential Treatment Center at Corazón. The 30 to 60 day structured substance abuse treatment program includes a curriculum that was created from best practices specifically targeted at meeting the needs of clients enrolled in the program. Corazón is a client-centered, multicultural, and bilingual center that utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to deliver services that are effective and meet the needs of the individual person. The facility has two separate campuses; one campus houses a 41 bed residential program with a room that can accommodate clients with ADA needs. The second building on the campus houses a kitchen, laundry and accommodations for 17 men in the transitional living program. Clients who successfully complete the 30 day residential program can apply for admission into the transitional program. The transitional program provides a supportive, structured environment where clients can receive case management, referral and job services that create a strong network for the client as they move on to independent healthy living. In May 2015, we opened the doors for our Hospital Step Down Program. CPLC’s step-down services were established to help support the discharge of clients from hospitals and transition to other permanent and stable housing options. Our goal is to have clients transitioned out of the step-down facility within 7-10 days. We will be aggressively working with PNOs, QSPs and CMs to ensure that maximum stay does not exceed 14 days.

Had a family emergency at the holidays....they can't answer their phones...and when you call the DOMESTIC VIOLENCE UNIT...just for help and info...the first thing they tell you is that if you need a safe haven they don't have room. Wow...thankfully I only needed info not a room after having some POS old man beat me senseless. People...spend your tax dollars elsewhere. Calling the New Tumes first thing in the morning about these "talk the talk, but don't walk the walk...people. Gilipollas madre hijos de puta....cuídense damas...por favor
