All of the Center for Behavioral Health Center’s therapists are involved in ongoing education and training that improves their level of therapeutic ability. The entire staff contributes in community outreach to tell outside agencies about the effects of drugs and alcohol, treatment, the medications they employ, as well as the several services that they provide. During outreach, their staff also gains material on community services that may be helpful to their patients and they join together with other agencies to better serve their patients. They are a set of outpatient treatment programs that offer services for many drug and alcohol related problems with a stress on treating opiate addiction. Counseling is a dominant and critical part of treatment. They offer personal counseling, as well as family and group therapy. Their counselors’ different abilities and personalities allow the clients to find a fit that is right for them. In addition to therapy, their treatment also includes case managing, medication monitoring and referral and discharge research.
