I've been a patient at this clinic for years and I can tell you that the staff is more concerned with catching you doing something wrong. They make up rules as they go. They hold your medicine over your head and use your addiction to get you to do things that you don't have to do. They called me on a Thursday to tell me I had to have a covid test done because my husband said he'd come in contact with someone who had it. I was told if I didn't have the test done by Monday that I would not get my medication but yet the health department said I didn't need the test if I wasn't having any symptoms. I told them that my county only does free covid testing on Tuesdays, so why not treat me as you would someone who did have covid and let me get my medication Monday and be tested on Tuesday. They have a plan in place to dose people who have covid so why couldn't they just let me follow that plan on Monday??? Cause that would be ideal for me, that's why. They try to make things difficult cause they can.
