May is National Foster Care Month, an annual observance to recognize and support children, youth, and families in the foster care system.

Starting April 23rd in #NewBritainCT and April 24th in #BristolCT, our Mobile Family Health & Wellness Center will be stationed to provide primary care and mental health support every Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
