Different turtles symbolize different characters. The most obvious is patience because turtles are never in a hurry unless they are startled. They exercise the art of patience by taking all the time they need to get to where they are going. Other things symbolized by turtles include endurance, hearing, listening, wisdom, longevity, peace, patience, skills, speed, and survival. These are pretty much the life skills we all need to incorporate into our lives.

We provide the highest quality comprehensive dual diagnosis substance abuse/mental health treatment and prevention services that are culturally appropriate for adults, adolescents and children.
We are accredited by the Commission Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 2002 and was the first Big Island Organization to provide integrated Outpatient Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug services to Adults with Special Population Accreditation for Children and Adolescents and Criminal Justices.
Our Organization fills an important need in our community, and we are fortunate to have a great leadership team in our Board of Directors.
