I have a friend who drinks a lot on the weekend. What qualifies as heavy drinking and does this automatically make her an alcoholic?
Just because someone drinks heavily, does not mean that alcoholism is the cause. The difference between an alcoholic and a non-alcoholic is the inability to stop once drinking starts. Alcoholism is not defined by the amount that someone drinks, but rather not being able to stop or control drinking.
Do I need to accept Jesus for recovery?
I have a problem with people pushing Jesus on me when all I want is to stop drinking - A friend of mine says it's the only way... is that true?
So my dad is an alcoholic and I wanted to know if you could die from alcohol withdrawals?
