From the very beginning, Victory Programs has focused on the pressing needs of the most vulnerable men and women who are coping with mental health or substance use disorders, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and other chronic conditions. Victory Programs’ reputation for successfully confronting emerging health issues in our communities has also made it a trusted partner and relentless advocate for creating and providing access to critical new services.
Victory Programs provides individuals and their families with the education, tools and ongoing support they need to help them regain their health, prevent and manage relapse and maximize their independence. Many of the women who go through Women's Hope are also living with HIV/AIDS, mental health disorders or other chronic conditions. Our program can accommodate up to 32 women including pregnant and post partum women. Designed specifically for women, our case management and addiction recovery support team helps our residents build self-awareness and confidence as they continue in their own recovery.
