Wish I could give 0 stars! My teenage daughter was in therapy for depression witH suicidal thoughts. It was difficult to get her to come in to begin with as she was anxious. She comes in for intake and tHey are over 30 min late, then in the middle of the intake they have a fire drill. They assigned her a therapist, who clearly could care less because she discharged her afterr her missiNg an appointment. I wasn't notified of the discharge until I called to reschedule her. I spoke with the manager after they told me she'd have to redo the intake and be reassigned. The manager did nothing but listen to me rant, offering me the same resolution. I took the appointment and when we arrived, I was told that the therapist had called out sick! Once again, no one called to notify us. The lack of care & consideration is disgusting!
