Once again, a parent in the ER and dealing with a rude nurse named Melissa. After, a day in a half in the ER this nurse has the audacity to be rude and chastise my dad for having more than two visitors in a private room. Front desk receptionist in ER allowed us in because it's a private room that we will pay for. I spoke to charge nurse Robert and house supervisor Araselia about this unprofessional and rude nurse Melissa. I honestly hope she was dealt with and has been informed that we are customers and not only patients.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left -we were treated with respect. My autistics sons' surgery staff explained everything to him with details and kindness. After surgery the staff on the second floor was amazing. Sam and Charles were amazing and never got frustrated with our many questions or request. We knew exactly what was happening at all times with his care. Dr Reddy and his team were knowledgeable and professional. The hospital itself may not be the biggest or most fashionable-but I'd give that up in a second for the level of care my son received.
