Please do not expect a thing from this place. After David left it literally did a 180 downhill. They are not following policy or code & are extremely judgemental, rude, unprofessional and act as if the patient's are beneath them. For example today was my 3rd attempt to increase my dose above the starting max of 50mlgs. Well the rules were 3 months ago you must dose for 6 days. Really it's 5 but the nurse likes to make it harder on patient's that are such and make it 6 days. Finally you can ask the nurse to put s routing form in to nurse practioneer to approve the increase. (Please keep in mind I'm still not sleeping well at all, sneezing all the time, muscle aches & it starts at 8pm the latest). I ask the nurse if this time I will actually increase bc my 1st one was denied bv nurse practitioner said I had alcohol in my system. (I haven't drank since my wedding in 2018) so I paid 20$ to have them retest my urine bc I know that's not correct. Still 18 days later with no results. My 2nd request to increase was entered by the nurse after dosing 6 days was thrown out bc I missed dosing on the 11 day following my 2nd request . (It's unreal it's taking this long at all). Finally Today I asked the nurse if I could put a routing form in and she told me I could after day 6 which is tomorrow. I asked her how many days I needed to Face dose in order to increase my dose. The nurse replied I needed to come 5 days to increase increase my dose. I asked how many days I...like me...myself...needed to come in and face dose. I was told "well the nurse practitioner will decide this bc It depends on your routine & whether or not she feels a patient is serious or not in our sobriety. Then she started to tell me her opinion on how a new patient should be. I've been a patient here for on & off 11 years. Not proud of it but I know enough to know that this is not the way a rehabilitation program is run. Ethically it's wrong on so many levels.
