Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs (literally). Constant reschedules, staff is unclear of rules. Outright lying at times. I've had success with other offices but the Odessa office is horrible. All the staff I have interacted with. Front desk to Counselors to Supervisors. All of them. Save your time, money and frustration and go somewhere else.

Such sweet & nice people to ya when you are really down on your luck, I just went there to sign a paper then a gentleman walks up to me and ask me if I was needing some, of I said yes cause I'm disability then next thing I know they roll out a whole grocery cart full of food for me. When I was talking it out to my car I justed crying, it's like they knew I, my husband and my daughter was hurting food. God Bless 🙏 them.

I have had a great experience here. My daughter has been receiving services for over a year, and I've been going for about a year myself. The staff is very friendly. My daughter's therapist is phenomenal with her. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and very helpful. I'm very happy with the services we have here.
