My boyfriend and I called to get help with his drinking and the receptionist answered and asked to call us back in 5 minutes...she called back in 10. When she called us back she asked for all of his information and put him on hold because she had something else to do and then got back on the phone and he was talking to her and she was talking to someone else. She then proceeded to tell him she couldn’t get him in for a week. What kind of place doesn’t try harder to get someone in who is asking for help and what kind of place it that rude and disrespectful to someone trying to get help. We called a different place in Wichita and they got him in tomorrow.
