I wish I could give a negative star. I went to the ER in because of a bad case of contact dermatitis when I was away from home in October 2016. The doctor and nurse who helped me in the ER were nice, but the billing process was absolutely horrendous. I set up recurrent payments with them twice, and both times they told me I was all set. Nope! Only took the money out one time and stopped. Now I just received a letter from an Attorneys at Law telling me to pay in full within 30 days. I called them, and found out what the information they had on file (my address and balance) wasn't consistent with the payment website and the letter from Attorneys at Law. How is that possible? I also was told make sure every time that the money is approved by my bank. What kind of shady business is this that a bank wouldn't let it through? I never had a problem paying loans my entire life, but once I stumbled over this hospital, I now have a collection agency chasing after me. Unless you're loaded with money to put right down on their table, avoid at all cost for your sake. It is now 2017, and I am still haunted by the billing department, who doesn't even have my information right.

Right off I-64 in Covington, VA. Easy to get too, and convenient. Good service for a small town hospital. Clean, efficient and decent guest amenities for those visiting.
