Grand Lake hired a childrens (but she also sees or has seen adults) counselor, Kyrie Crippen, who has somehow managed to avoid being reprimanded by the board for HIPAA violations. Kyrie has made it a habit to discuss patients, their diagnosis, and anything involving them with people not privileged to such information (friends, family, boyfriends, etc I have screenshots of this). Kyrie personally posted my private health information all over Facebook for God knows what. She went out of her way to date my ex (yes, I was her patient, yes she dated my exboyfriend). I seriously could not imagine dating a clients exboyfriend but she did AND was around my children. She posted publicly on her Facebook my diagnosis, my addictions, and other very private information. Kyrie has used family members to gain access to information for my ex to use in our custody case that she did not have the right to as she is no longer my provider and will never again be my provider. Anywhere Kyrie is at, I would stay far away from. I can't help but question any entity that would hire her. While she was my counselor I thought she was great and friendly because she told me about her own addictions, her relationships, etc; but I now know this was her crossing the line and she should've never done this as this was just her proving that she can't help but gossip and disclose private federally protected information.
