Terrible customer service. Their techs have no idea what they’re doing. I’ve called 3 times to try and become a new patient because my insurance has them in market, and can’t get an answer. I’ve dealt with Courtney and Savannah, and they have lost my paperwork and have no idea what is going on each time I speak with them. Dr requires you to fill out a survey before he accepts you as a patient, yet when you fill it out they can’t even keep track of it? I’d rather drive further distance for better service. Thanks but no thanks.

I was in a coma and I overheard a doctor call me a fat lard.. multiple times over a span of two years. They made fun of my big toe, not cool doc.
