Have a very mixed review of this place. Not too long ago my son was sent here due to having rsv. I am very angry..we almost lost our baby because the idiots on the 3rd floor allowed him to go home early. Why?! STUDENT DOCTOR made the decision. Can you believe that?!? Extremely unprofessional. Well we came right back hours later because my son couldn't breat. Turned purple! All because of your idiot doctors and nurses. So we go back to er in ambulance and thry readmit us. Extremely frustration!! If that doctor didn't allow him to go early from the start he wouldn't be suffering. Thrn the idiots at the er couldn't even draw his blood! Then they had the nerve to request a spinal. HEll no. Why the f*ck do you need that? BECAUSE A STUPID ER NURSE KEPT HIM UNDER HEAT LAMP FOR TOO LONG- ADMITTED IT...SO THEY ASSUMED HIS HIGH TEMP WAS FROM SOME RANDOM DISEASE..NOT THIS DUMB NURSE. TOTAL STUPIDITY ALL AROUND. So yea this place sucks....btw the nurses on the 4th fl are way better and the 4th fl rooms are more updated and have better Wi-Fi. 3rd floor rooms SUCK. you people I do not trust.

We were here as volunteers for a "Teddy Bear" build through Foresters. We had the privilege to stuff, sew and dress over 100 Build a Bears. They will be delivered to patients sometime this week.We took a tour before we left. Incredible experience! Branding is parallel to Disney World. Families are provided everything they need to be there with their children. State of the art equipment, remarkable people and beautiful energy in this place.
