It's very uncomfortable seeking mental health treatment, today my experience at CHR was not pleasant. I felt as if l were in an institution, not welcoming neither was the staff, waited an hour n half, then intake person who speaks little English said, " this is not my normal position"... WOW now l really need meds..

This is one of the most disorganized agencies in the state in my opinion and why give some one Hopes if instead all they did was to add stress to the situation I'm in .

It has been a year since I've been to CHR. It's taken this long to come to terms with how badly treated I was. I'll just say that CHR is a business not a place to get therapy. They never did get my billing right and put a lot of stress on me.It was clear that they just wanted their money and didn't care where it came from even though they had all the information to get it from the proper place. Don't go here.

Never in my life have I experienced such poor organizational development strategies and systems. I have called today alone about 15 times and am consistently getting sent to voice mail. This is a regular occurrence, not to mention the turn over is atrocious! I am on my forth or fifth therapist within 3 years. I don't believe this organization has their employees or clients best interests in mind by what I have examined and overheard just walking through those doors. I've seen how the management in place operates and if I was in charge of the organizational development for that location alone, I would replace all management. I also know that this organization purposely brings the supervisors into HR discussions, which creates a intimidating setting for the employees. The employees are then told that there is no repercussions for being honest. When the employees are fully honest, they are rewarded by being terminated because they made their supervisor look bad. I am only here out of convenience at this point and will be leaving once the therapist I have now departs from the organization. Which I know she will because she is only there as an intern for 6 months to a year and I'm not looking to be placed with another 3 to 5 therapists in the next few years because continually restarting the process is not productive for your patients. I do have the CEO's personal email and will be directly contacting them on this subject matter as well. All organizational development systems need to be changed and updated to fit the culture of the incoming workforce and patients.
