Staff is completely professional with highest concern for your healthcare (at least the staff I met and came in contact with). Very pleasing to see and deal with. Had never heard of them before. Was referred by other professionals.Customer service needs a rehaul but other than that very nice.

The Pharmacy specifically can be pretty unorganized. The wait time is usually extremely long, and they are always hard to get in contact with. I've called 10 times this morning to try and refill a prescription and no one answers. It will send you to a voicemail system that is full and you have no other option but to be sent to the main menu again.I've been hearing the ringing tone now for 5 minutes and no one answers. Seems like they've stopped forwarding it to the voicemail and probably silenced the phone. Not sure how they expect people to get refills....I'd definitely think about getting your scripts transferred to a different pharmacy.
